महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-9, verse-9

ततस्ते रुधिरं हस्तैर्मुखान्निर्मृज्य तस्य ह ।
रणे राज्ञः शयानस्य कृपणं पर्यदेवयन् ॥९॥
9. tataste rudhiraṁ hastairmukhānnirmṛjya tasya ha ,
raṇe rājñaḥ śayānasya kṛpaṇaṁ paryadevayan.

ha raṇe rājñaḥ śayānasya kṛpaṇaṃ paryadevayan

9. Then, wiping his blood from his face with their hands, they lamented piteously for the king who was lying there on the battlefield.
