दुर्गा-सप्तशती       durgā-saptaśatī - chapter-5, verse-11

अतिसौम्यातिरौद्रायै नतास्तस्यै नमो नमः ।
मनो जगत्प्रतिष्ठायै देव्यै कृत्यै नमो नमः ॥११॥
11. atisaumyātiraudrāyai natāstasyai namo namaḥ .
mano jagatpratiṣṭhāyai devyai kṛtyai namo namaḥ.

manaḥ jagatpratiṣṭhāyai devyai kṛtyai namaḥ namaḥ
11. We bow to her who is exceedingly gentle and exceedingly fierce. Salutations, salutations to her! Salutations, salutations to the Goddess who is the foundation of the mind (manas) and the universe, and who embodies all action (kṛti).
