चालितः पातितोऽप्येष यदा न बुबुधे नृपः ।
तदा संचिन्तयामास चूडाला कुम्भरूपिणी ॥ १३ ॥

When this king (nṛpa) did not awaken even after being moved and thrown down, then Cūḍālā, who had assumed the form of a pot (kumbha), began to deliberate.
