कच्चिदापातरम्येभ्यः संकल्पेभ्यो रतिर्भृशम् ।
निर्मूलतां गता राजन्भोगनीरसमेव ते ॥ ५५ ॥

kaccit āpātaramyebhyaḥ saṅkalpebhyaḥ te bhṛśam ratiḥ nirmūlatām gatā,
(tathā) te bhogaḥ nīrasam eva (gatā) ?
55. O King, I hope that your great attachment to mental constructs (saṅkalpa), which are merely charming at first sight, has become completely uprooted, and that your enjoyment (bhoga) itself has become equally tasteless.
