योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-45

तृप्ता निद्रां मनाक्कृत्वा भव भूयः समाधिभाक् ।
समाधिविरता भूयोऽप्यागत्य पुनरन्यदा ॥ ४५ ॥
tṛptā nidrāṃ manākkṛtvā bhava bhūyaḥ samādhibhāk ,
samādhiviratā bhūyo'pyāgatya punaranyadā 45
45. tṛptā nidrām manāk kṛtvā bhava bhūyaḥ samādhibhāk
| samādhiviratā bhūyaḥ api āgatya punar anyadā ||
45. tṛptā manāk nidrām kṛtvā bhūyaḥ samādhibhāk bhava
samādhiviratā bhūyaḥ api anyadā punar āgatya
45. Having become content and having slept a little, be devoted again to meditative absorption (dhyāna). Then, having rested from meditative absorption, come back again at another time.
