(yena) raktamāṃsāni hiṃsitvā ye mahājanāḥ saṃtyaktāḥ,

Those great individuals who were abandoned after their blood and flesh were harmed – from them, and from their distressed vital channels (nāḍīs), those who were born are also similar (in distress).
