योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-82, verse-37

न चास्मत्प्रणयं प्रीता वितथीकर्तुमर्हसि ।
सौहार्दं सुजनानां हि दर्शनादेव वर्धते ॥ ३७ ॥
na cāsmatpraṇayaṃ prītā vitathīkartumarhasi ,
sauhārdaṃ sujanānāṃ hi darśanādeva vardhate 37
37. na ca asmat praṇayam prītā vitathīkartum arhasi
sauhārdam sujanānām hi darśanāt eva vardhate
37. prītā asmat praṇayam vitathīkartum na ca arhasi
hi sujanānām sauhārdam darśanāt eva vardhate
37. Pleased as you are, you ought not to render our affection fruitless. For the friendship of noble persons indeed grows simply by seeing one another.
