मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-74, verse-28

इमाञ्चानुगतः प्रेम्णा वाञ्छितश्चानया वने ।
त्वया वियोजिता दुष्टे तस्माच्छापं ददामि ते ॥२८॥
28. imāñcānugataḥ premṇā vāñchitaścānayā vane .
tvayā viyojitā duṣṭe tasmācchāpaṃ dadāmi te.
28. imām ca anugataḥ premṇā vāñchitaḥ ca anayā vane
tvayā viyojitā duṣṭe tasmāt śāpam dadāmi te
28. I followed her out of love and was desired by her in the forest. O wicked one, you separated her! Therefore, I give this curse to you.
