इज्याध्यायवणिज्याद्यैः कर्मभिः कृतपावनाः ।
तेषां संव्यवहारश्च एभिः कर्मभिरिष्यते ॥९॥

9. ijyādhyāyavaṇijyādyaiḥ karmabhiḥ kṛtapāvanāḥ .

9.
Those who have become purified through actions such as worship, Vedic study, and trade, have their dealings and professional conduct prescribed by these same actions (karma).
