काश्मीराश्च सुराष्ट्राश्च अवन्त्याश्चार्बुदैः सह ।
इत्येते ह्यपरान्ताश्च शृणु विन्ध्यनिवासिनः ॥५२॥

52. kāśmīrāśca surāṣṭrāśca avantyāścārbudaiḥ saha .
ityete hyaparāntāśca śṛṇu vindhyanivāsinaḥ.

Also the Kashmiras, the Surashtras, and the Avantis along with the Arbudas. These are indeed the western territories. Now, hear about the inhabitants of the Vindhya mountains.
