मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-57, verse-45

अथापरे जनपदा दक्षिणापथवासिनः ।
पुण्ड्राश्च केवलाश्चैव गोलाङ्गूलास्तथैव च ॥४५॥
45. athāpare janapadā dakṣiṇāpathavāsinaḥ .
puṇḍrāśca kevalāścaiva golāṅgūlāstathaiva ca.

45. Now, other peoples residing in the southern region (Dakṣiṇāpatha) include the Puṇḍras, the Kevalas, and similarly, the Golāṅgūlas.
