महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-47, verse-31

ते कृत्वा चाश्रमं तत्र न्यवसन्त तपस्विनः ।
अरुन्धत्यपि कल्याणी तपोनित्याभवत्तदा ॥३१॥
31. te kṛtvā cāśramaṁ tatra nyavasanta tapasvinaḥ ,
arundhatyapi kalyāṇī taponityābhavattadā.

arundhatī api kalyāṇī taponityā abhavat tadā
31. te tapasvinaḥ ca tatra āśramam kṛtvā nyavasanta

31. And there, those ascetics, having built a hermitage (āśrama), resided. At that time, the blessed Arundhatī also became constantly devoted to austerities (tapas).
