महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-28, verse-27

एवमुक्ते तु काकेन प्रहस्यैको विहंगमः ।
उवाच हंसस्तं काकं वचनं तन्निबोध मे ॥२७॥
27. evamukte tu kākena prahasyaiko vihaṁgamaḥ ,
uvāca haṁsastaṁ kākaṁ vacanaṁ tannibodha me.
27. evam ukte tu kākena prahasya ekaḥ vihaṅgamaḥ
uvāca haṃsaḥ tam kākam vacanam tat nibodha me
27. kākena evam ukte tu ekaḥ vihaṅgamaḥ haṃsaḥ prahasya
tam kākam vacanam uvāca tat me vacanam nibodha
27. When the crow had spoken thus, one bird, a swan, laughed and said to that crow, 'Now listen to my words.'
