महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-28, verse-2

यथैव मत्तो मद्येन त्वं तथा न च वा तथा ।
तथाहं त्वां प्रमाद्यन्तं चिकित्सामि सुहृत्तया ॥२॥
2. yathaiva matto madyena tvaṁ tathā na ca vā tathā ,
tathāhaṁ tvāṁ pramādyantaṁ cikitsāmi suhṛttayā.

tathā aham tvām pramādyantam cikitsāmi suhṛttayā

2. Just as you are intoxicated by liquor, or perhaps not quite in that manner, so I, out of friendship, treat you who are acting heedlessly.
