महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-14, verse-43

रथान्बहुविधान्भग्नान्हेमकिङ्किणिनः शुभान् ।
अश्वांश्च बहुधा पश्य शोणितेन परिप्लुतान् ॥४३॥
