महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-4, verse-15

तथेति वरुणो देव आदित्यो भृगुसत्तमम् ।
उवाच यत्र ते छन्दस्तत्रोत्थास्यन्ति वाजिनः ॥१५॥
15. tatheti varuṇo deva ādityo bhṛgusattamam ,
uvāca yatra te chandastatrotthāsyanti vājinaḥ.

uvāca yatra te chandaḥ tatra utthāsyanti vājinaḥ

15. "So be it," said Varuna, the divine Āditya, to the foremost of the Bhrigus. "Wherever you desire, there horses will appear."
