योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-159, verse-38

संकल्पजातमन्योन्यं मिलतीत्यवगम्यते ।
सर्वात्मनि हि यत्रैव च्छाया तत्रैव चातपः ॥ ३८ ॥
saṃkalpajātamanyonyaṃ milatītyavagamyate ,
sarvātmani hi yatraiva cchāyā tatraiva cātapaḥ 38
38. saṅkalpajātam anyonyam milati iti avagamyate |
sarvātmani hi yatra eva chāyā tatra eva ca ātapaḥ
38. iti avagamyate yat saṅkalpajātam anyonyam milati
hi sarvātmani yatra eva chāyā tatra eva ca ātapaḥ
38. It is understood that things born of intention or imagination mutually converge. Indeed, in the universal Self (ātman), wherever there is a shadow, there is also sunlight.
