वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-46, verse-53

को ऽयं कस्य कुतो वापि किं कार्यं को व्यपाश्रयः ।
इति राक्षसवीराणां तत्र संजज्ञिरे कथाः ॥५३॥
53. ko'yaṃ kasya kuto vāpi kiṃ kāryaṃ ko vyapāśrayaḥ ,
iti rākṣasavīrāṇāṃ tatra saṃjajñire kathāḥ.
53. kaḥ ayam kasya kutaḥ vā api kim kāryam kaḥ
vyapāśrayaḥ iti rākṣasavīrāṇām tatra sañjajñire kathāḥ
53. kaḥ ayam? kasya? kutaḥ vā api? kim kāryam? kaḥ
vyapāśrayaḥ? iti kathāḥ tatra rākṣasavīrāṇām sañjajñire
53. "Who is this? Whose (servant) is he? From where has he come? What is his purpose? Who is his patron?" Such discussions arose among the rākṣasa warriors there.
