न मे ऽस्त्रबन्धस्य च शक्तिरस्ति विमोक्षणे लोकगुरोः प्रभावात् ।

39. I have no power to release myself from this missile-bond, due to the influence (prabhāva) of the preceptor of the worlds (Brahma). Therefore, this missile-bond, thus imposed by the self-born (Brahma), must be honored by me.
