वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-46, verse-27

स तस्य तत् स्यन्दननिःस्वनं च मृदङ्गभेरीपटहस्वनं च ।
विकृष्यमाणस्य च कार्मुकस्य निशम्य घोषं पुनरुत्पपात ॥२७॥
27. sa tasya tat syandananiḥsvanaṃ ca mṛdaṅgabherīpaṭahasvanaṃ ca ,
vikṛṣyamāṇasya ca kārmukasya niśamya ghoṣaṃ punarutpapāta.

27. Hearing that sound of his chariot, and the combined sound of mṛdaṅga, bherī, and paṭaha drums, as well as the twang of his bow being drawn, he again leaped up.
