मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-31, verse-53

तद्वदाचमनार्थाय दद्यादापः सकृत् सकृत् ।
अनुज्ञाञ्च ततः प्राप्य यतवाक्कायमानसः ॥५३॥
53. tadvadācamanārthāya dadyādāpaḥ sakṛt sakṛt .
anujñāñca tataḥ prāpya yatavākkāyamānasaḥ.

53. Similarly, one should offer water for ritual sipping (ācamana) once for each. Then, having obtained permission, with controlled speech, body, and mind, one should proceed.
