O Bhārata (Dhṛtarāṣṭra)! When that tumultuous (tumula) battle (saṅgrāma) was ongoing, whose water was blood (śoṇitodaka), and when only a few (kiñcit śiṣṭa) of the valiant Saṃśaptakas remained.
