विव्याध चैनं समरे नाराचैस्तत्र सप्तभिः ।

15. And there, in that battle, (Karṇa) pierced him (Saatyaki) with seven iron arrows. Then, Śaineya counter-pierced him (Karṇa) with gold-adorned arrows.
