महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-98, verse-28

स द्रोणं पञ्चभिर्विद्ध्वा शरैः संनतपर्वभिः ।
ध्वजमेकेन विव्याध सारथिं चास्य सप्तभिः ॥२८॥
28. sa droṇaṁ pañcabhirviddhvā śaraiḥ saṁnataparvabhiḥ ,
dhvajamekena vivyādha sārathiṁ cāsya saptabhiḥ.

dhvajam ekena vivyādha sārathim ca asya saptabhiḥ
28. sa saṃnataparvabhiḥ pañcabhiḥ śaraiḥ droṇam viddhvā
ekena dhvajam ca saptabhiḥ asya sārathim vivyādha
28. He pierced Drona with five arrows that had bent nodes, and (then) struck Drona's banner with one (arrow) and his charioteer with seven (arrows).
