महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-98, verse-26

ततो द्रोणो महाराज नाम विश्राव्य संयुगे ।
पाण्डुपाञ्चालमत्स्यानां प्रचक्रे कदनं महत् ॥२६॥
26. tato droṇo mahārāja nāma viśrāvya saṁyuge ,
pāṇḍupāñcālamatsyānāṁ pracakre kadanaṁ mahat.

26. Then, O great king, Droṇa, after proclaiming his name in the battle, wrought great destruction upon the Pāṇḍus, Pañcālas, and Matsyas.
