इत्युक्त्वा वचनं कुर्वन्वासुदेवस्य पाण्डवः ।
सखड्गं यज्ञशीलस्य पत्रिणा बाहुमच्छिनत् ॥६२॥

62. ityuktvā vacanaṁ kurvanvāsudevasya pāṇḍavaḥ ,
sakhaḍgaṁ yajñaśīlasya patriṇā bāhumacchinat.

62. Having spoken thus, the Pāṇḍava (Arjuna), following the command of Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa), cut off the arm, along with its sword, of the one engaged in a ritual (yajñaśīlasya) (Jayadratha) with an arrow.
