महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-117, verse-61

सैन्धवासक्तदृष्टित्वान्नैनं पश्यामि माधव ।
एष त्वसुकरं कर्म यादवार्थे करोम्यहम् ॥६१॥
61. saindhavāsaktadṛṣṭitvānnainaṁ paśyāmi mādhava ,
eṣa tvasukaraṁ karma yādavārthe karomyaham.

eṣaḥ tu asukaram karma yādavārthe karomi aham

61. O Mādhava, because my gaze is fixed on Saindhava (Jayadratha), I do not see him. However, I am performing this extremely difficult task (karma) for the sake of the Yādava (Kṛṣṇa).
