महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-35, verse-67

सर्वैर्गुणैरुपेताश्च पाण्डवा भरतर्षभ ।
पितृवत्त्वयि वर्तन्ते तेषु वर्तस्व पुत्रवत् ॥६७॥
67. sarvairguṇairupetāśca pāṇḍavā bharatarṣabha ,
pitṛvattvayi vartante teṣu vartasva putravat.
67. sarvaiḥ guṇaiḥ upetāḥ ca pāṇḍavāḥ bharatarṣabha
| pitṛvat tvayi vartante teṣu vartasva putravat
67. O best among the Bhāratas, the Pāṇḍavas are endowed with all virtues and behave towards you like sons towards a father. Therefore, you too should behave towards them like a father towards his sons.
