विरोचन उवाच ।
आवां कुत्र गमिष्यावः प्राणयोर्विपणे कृते ।
न हि देवेष्वहं स्थाता न मनुष्येषु कर्हिचित् ॥१५॥

15. virocana uvāca ,
āvāṁ kutra gamiṣyāvaḥ prāṇayorvipaṇe kṛte ,
na hi deveṣvahaṁ sthātā na manuṣyeṣu karhicit.

15. Virocana said: 'Where shall we two go once our lives (prāṇa) are staked as a wager? For I certainly will not remain among the gods, nor ever among men!'
