महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-22, verse-29

तत्रैनं नागराः सर्वे सत्कारेणाभ्ययुस्तदा ।
ब्राह्मणप्रमुखा राजन्विधिदृष्टेन कर्मणा ॥२९॥
29. tatrainaṁ nāgarāḥ sarve satkāreṇābhyayustadā ,
brāhmaṇapramukhā rājanvidhidṛṣṭena karmaṇā.
29. tatra enam nāgarāḥ sarve satkāreṇa abhyayuḥ tadā
brāhmaṇapramukhāḥ rājan vidhidṛṣṭena karmaṇā
29. O King, then all the citizens there, led by Brahmins, approached him (Jarāsandha) with honors and with actions prescribed by sacred law.
