manas eva artha-nirbhāsam vyātatam tathā sphurati artha-manasoḥ dvaitvam na asti,

The mind (manas) alone manifests itself as the appearance of objects and is thus pervasive. There is no duality between objects and the mind (manas), just as there is none between water and its waves.
