योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-200, verse-32

तथाप्यात्मक्रमं ब्रह्मन्निमं नेतुमवन्ध्यताम् ।
अहं वच्मि यथाप्राप्तं न कोपं कर्तुमर्हसि ॥ ३२ ॥
tathāpyātmakramaṃ brahmannimaṃ netumavandhyatām ,
ahaṃ vacmi yathāprāptaṃ na kopaṃ kartumarhasi 32
32. tathā api ātma-kramam Brahman imam netum avandhyatām
aham vacmi yathāprāptam na kopam kartum arhasi
32. Brahman tathā api imam ātma-kramam avandhyatām
netum aham yathāprāptam vacmi kopam kartum na arhasi
32. Nevertheless, O Brahman, to bring this customary practice of mine to fruition, I speak as is appropriate. You should not be angry.
