योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-71, verse-49

आत्मा स्पन्दैकरूपात्मा स्थितस्तेषु क्वचित्क्वचित् ।
तरङ्गेषु विलोलेषु पयोधेः सलिलं यथा ॥ ४९ ॥
ātmā spandaikarūpātmā sthitasteṣu kvacitkvacit ,
taraṅgeṣu viloleṣu payodheḥ salilaṃ yathā 49

49. The self (ātman), whose very nature is vibration, exists here and there within those phenomena, just as the water of the ocean is present within its restless waves.
