सर्वे भावा इमे नित्यमात्मतत्वैकरूपिणः ।
चित्तात्तरङ्गकगणा जलैककलिता यथा ॥ ४८ ॥

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: All these phenomena eternally possess the singular nature of the self (ātman). They are like countless waves arising from consciousness (citta), which are entirely composed of water.
