योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-11, verse-21

तथा च संभ्रमस्वप्नमिथ्याज्ञानादिभासुराः ।
गन्धर्वनगराकारा दृष्टा मनसि शक्तयः ॥ २१ ॥
tathā ca saṃbhramasvapnamithyājñānādibhāsurāḥ ,
gandharvanagarākārā dṛṣṭā manasi śaktayaḥ 21

gandharvanagarākārāḥ dṛṣṭāḥ manasi śaktayaḥ
21. tathā ca śaktayaḥ manasi dṛṣṭāḥ

21. And similarly, within the mind (manas), certain powers (śakti) are observed; these appear brilliant, akin to confusion, dreams, false knowledge, and the like, and take the form of mirage-cities (gandharva-nagara).
