योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-55, verse-66

चित्तं तु परमार्थेन स्थावरे जंगमे स्थितम् ।
चोपनान्यनिलैरेव भवन्ति न भवन्ति च ॥ ६६ ॥
cittaṃ tu paramārthena sthāvare jaṃgame sthitam ,
copanānyanilaireva bhavanti na bhavanti ca 66

copanāni anilaiḥ eva bhavanti na bhavanti ca

66. However, the mind (citta), in ultimate reality, resides in both the unmoving and the moving (creation). Stirrings (copanāni), brought about solely by the vital energies (anila), both arise and subside.
