योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-11, verse-72

पूर्यापविचारार्थश्चास्त्वातुर्यशालिनी ।
सविकासा मतिर्यस्य स पुमानिह कथ्यते ॥ ७२ ॥
pūryāpavicārārthaścāstvāturyaśālinī ,
savikāsā matiryasya sa pumāniha kathyate 72
72. pūryā-apavicāra-arthaḥ ca astu āturyasālinī
sa-vikāsā matiḥ yasya sa pumān iha kathyate
72. yasya matiḥ pūryā-apavicāra-arthaḥ ca astu āturyasālinī sa-vikāsā (asti),
sa pumān iha kathyate.
72. And let his understanding (mati) be profoundly insightful, eagerly active, and expansive. The person whose mind possesses these qualities is truly considered a human being (puruṣa) in this world.
