क्रियापरास्तावदलं चक्रावर्तिभिरावृताः ।
भ्रमन्तीह जना यावन्न पश्यन्ति परं पदम् ॥ ३३ ॥

kriyāparāstāvadalaṃ cakrāvartibhirāvṛtāḥ ,
bhramantīha janā yāvanna paśyanti paraṃ padam 33

33. kriyāparāḥ tāvat alam cakrāvarti-bhiḥ āvṛtāḥ
bhramanti iha janāḥ yāvat na paśyanti param padam

33. Engrossed in actions and enveloped by revolving cycles of transmigration (saṃsāra), people here wander on and on, as long as they do not perceive the supreme state.
