If Venus (sita) and Mars (āra) are situated in each other's navamśa (aṃśastha), then the woman (aṅganā) will be attached to another man (anyāsaktā). And if the Moon (candra) is situated in the seventh house (saptama), then it will be with her husband's permission (anujñā).
