येन भारतमुद्दिश्य धर्माद्याः प्रकटीकृताः ॥४२॥

We will expound the entire teaching of Vyāsa, whose deeds are wondrous. Through him, with the Mahābhārata as its primary subject, fundamental principles such as natural law (dharma) were revealed.
