वदन्ति यद् सृष्टमिदं तथैवान्ते च संहृतम् ॥३९॥

39. āvirbhāva-tirobhāva-dṛṣṭādṛṣṭa-vilakṣaṇam .
vadanti yad sṛṣṭamidaṃ tathaivānte ca saṃhṛtam.
