एतदेव हि कर्तव्यं प्राज्ञैः शोधनमात्मनः ॥३५॥

(Continuing the list of persons to be avoided from the previous verse) ...and charioteers (sūta), banished persons, and those who are devoted to other men's wives. Indeed, for the wise, this very act of purification of the self (ātman) is to be performed.
