मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-35, verse-33

देवता-पितृ-सच्छास्त्र-यज्ञ-मन्त्रादिनिन्दकैः ।
कृत्वा तु स्पर्शनालापं शुध्येतार्कावलोकनात् ॥३३॥
33. devatā-pitṛ-sacchāstra-yajña-mantrādinindakaiḥ .
kṛtvā tu sparśanālāpaṃ śudhyetārkāvalokanāt.
33. devatā-pitr̥-sacchāstra-yajña-mantrādininadakaiḥ
kr̥tvā tu sparśana ālāpam śudhyeta arka avalokanāt
33. One should purify oneself by gazing at the sun after having made contact or conversed with those who denounce deities, ancestors, good scriptures, (yajña) sacrifices, (mantra) incantations, and similar sacred things.
