मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-35, verse-25

स्पृष्टानामप्यसंसर्गैर्विरथ्याकर्दमाम्भसाम् ।
पक्वेष्टरचितानाञ्च मेध्यता वायुसङ्गमात् ॥२५॥
25. spṛṣṭānāmapyasaṃsargairvirathyākardamāmbhasām .
pakveṣṭaracitānāñca medhyatā vāyusaṅgamāt.
25. spṛṣṭānām api asaṃsargaiḥ virathyākardamāmbhasām
pakveṣṭaracitānām ca medhyatā vāyusaṅgamāt
25. Even for things that have been touched, provided the contact was not deeply contaminating, such as waters from public roads and mud, and also those constructed of baked bricks, purity is achieved through contact with wind.
