तत्कर्तव्यमशङ्केन यन्न गोप्यं महाजने ।
एवमाचरतो वत्स पुरुषस्य गृहे सतः ।
धर्मार्थकामसंप्राप्त्या परत्रेह च शोभनम् ॥५७॥

57. tatkartavyamaśaṅkena yanna gopyaṃ mahājane .
evamācarato vatsa puruṣasya gṛhe sataḥ .
dharmārthakāmasaṃprāptyā paratreha ca śobhanam.

57.
That (action) which need not be concealed from the public, should be undertaken without hesitation. O son, for a householder (puruṣa) who acts in this manner, there will be great welfare and benefit, both in this world and the next, through the proper attainment of constitutional law (dharma), material prosperity, and enjoyment.
