निरूपितमिदं राज्ञः पूर्वै रक्षणवेतनम् ॥७॥

For such a king who takes the sixth part of the tribute, hell is certainly destined. This (one-sixth share) was indeed prescribed by the ancients as the king's remuneration for (providing) protection (dharma).
