मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-18, verse-52

सृष्टानुवाक्यलावण्यमाज्ञामवितथां तथा ।
मुखसंस्था कवित्वञ्च यच्छत्युदधिसम्भवा ॥५२॥
52. sṛṣṭānuvākyalāvaṇyamājñāmavitathāṃ tathā .
mukhasaṃsthā kavitvañca yacchatyudadhisambhavā.
52. sṛṣṭānuvākyalāvaṇyam ājñām avitathām tathā
mukhasaṃsthā kavitvam ca yacchati udadhisambhavā
52. The one born from the ocean (udadhisambhavā), when situated in the mouth, bestows a beauty that is created and worthy of being praised, as well as an infallible command, and poetic ability.
