मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-18, verse-46

शिविकायां समारोप्य सहिता दैत्यदानवाः ।
शिरः सु शिविकां कृत्वा स्वस्थानाभिमुखं ययुः ॥४६॥
46. śivikāyāṃ samāropya sahitā daityadānavāḥ .
śiraḥ su śivikāṃ kṛtvā svasthānābhimukhaṃ yayuḥ.
46. śivikāyām samāropya sahitāḥ daitya-dānavāḥ
śiraḥsu śivikām kṛtvā sva-sthāna-abhimukham yayuḥ
46. placed her in a palanquin, carried the palanquin on their heads, and went towards their own abodes, accompanied by the Daityas and Dānavas.
