मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-18, verse-50

कलात्रञ्च गुह्यसंस्था क्रोडस्थापत्यदायिनी ।
मनोरथान् पूरयति पुरुषाणां हृदि स्थिता ॥५०॥
50. kalātrañca guhyasaṃsthā kroḍasthāpatyadāyinī .

50. Situated in the secret parts, she bestows a wife (kalātra). Residing in the lap, she is a giver of progeny. And situated in the hearts of men, she fulfills their desires.
