अर्जुन उवाच ।
ततोऽहमब्रुवं नाहं दिव्यान्यस्त्राणि शत्रुहन् ।
मानुषेषु प्रयोक्ष्यामि विनास्त्रप्रतिघातनम् ॥२६॥

tato'hamabruvaṁ nāhaṁ divyānyastrāṇi śatruhan ,

Arjuna said, "Then, O destroyer of enemies, I declared, 'I will not deploy these divine weapons against humans, unless it is for the purpose of countering (their) weapons.'"
